Q:
How can I register for the prize draw?
A:
You will see a prompt within mobile or internet banking, with a link for more information on the campaign. This will take you to a registration page.
To complete your registration, you’ll need to enter your name, e-mail, mobile phone number, and the 16-digit Mastercard you wish to register for the campaign. You’ll need to ensure that the details you use to register are the same ones linked to your NatWest bank account.
Once you submit your registration form, a confirmation message will appear on screen. To be eligible for the prize draw, remember to make at least one transaction with your NatWest Debit Mastercard by 21st April 2024.

How will I know whether I have successfully registered for the prize draw?
A:
Once you complete your registration, a confirmation message will be displayed on screen. You’ll also receive an e-mail confirming that you are registered for the draw.
Q:
How soon after I register will I be eligible for the prize draw?
A:
You will be eligible to be entered into the prize draw once you have successfully completed your registration and made at least one transaction with your NatWest Debit Mastercard by 21st April 2024.
Q:
When will the winners be announced?
A:
The winners will be contacted by 18th May 2024. NatWest will contact each winner to communicate their prize. Once the winner accepts their prize, their details will be shared with gift fulfilment agency, Prezzee, who will email winners e-gift vouchers alongside instructions on how to use them.

How will I receive my prize if I win
A:
Winners will receive their prize in the form of an e-gift voucher via email from Prezzee.
Q:
Are there any transactions that won’t qualify for entry into the prize draw?
A:
Almost all transactions made using a successfully registered NatWest Debit Mastercard will qualify for the prize draw. However, gambling or betting transactions, as well as any money transfers, foreign exchange, or money sending transactions made with your registered Mastercard are not eligible for entering into the prize draw.

What prizes can I win?
A:
20 people will win £5000 in vouchers.
Q:
If I register my card, will other cards on my account, my partner's card, or my joint account also be entered into the prize draw?
A:
No. Only your eligible NatWest Debit Mastercard will be entered into the prize draw.
