- Punctuality is mandatory. Please arrive at the Camparino at 6 PM, then show up at the Duomo at least 10 minutes before the visit starts (at 6:50 PM). The tour will begin promptly at the scheduled time, and latecomers will not be able to join. The meeting point for the visit is on the right side of the cathedral, in front of Ticket Office I, Piazza Duomo 14/A
- For those with mobility challenges, alternative access can be arranged at the Milan Cathedral. However, note that due to the nature of the itinerary, some areas, such as the Feriale and Winter Chapels, may not be accessible. Please inform the team of any mobility needs before or at the time of booking
- All participants entering the complex must undergo security checks
- It is not permitted to enter the cathedral with helmets, glass objects, luggage, or any other items deemed dangerous by Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo. Please make sure to carefully review the regulations in advance
- During the experience, an alcoholic beverage will be offered to adult participants. Drink responsibly; alcohol abuse is harmful to your health
