Uplift – Friend of Croatian Cuisine is Mastercard's five-year initiative dedicated to promoting and preserving Croatian cuisine as a tourism and cultural asset. Developed with leading chefs and experts, it explores one region each year and its signature dishes, contributing to the creation of the first comprehensive Manifesto of Croatian Cuisine.
