- Cardholder Presale: Tuesday, April 15 at 12pm ET through Thursday, April 17 at 12pm ET
- Experience may be purchased by cardholders 18 years and older. Cardholders may purchase experience for guest under the age of 18. Guest must be at least 12 years or older
- Cardholder who purchases the Experience agrees that if any of the tickets purchased will apply to a child participant, such child participant will be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian to the venue and the parent or legal guardian will be entirely responsible for ensuring their child participant abides by the terms of use, the terms and conditions of the experience and any other requirements mandated by the venue
- Limited quantities are available; tickets are provided on a first-come, first-served basis until sold out
- Maximum 6 tickets per cardholder
- Each booking window is a 15-minute time slot in which guests will be admitted to Viola's Room in groups of up to six people. Each ticket allows one entry into the experience. You must arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled time slot to use the complimentary and mandatory bag/coat check and for a pre-experience briefing
- Audience members will enter Viola's Room in groups of up to six people. There is a stronger chance you and your companions will enter together if you arrive at the same time, provided you all have tickets for the same time slot
