Junior Bottura

Junior discovered his passion for artisanal beer when he was 31, after leaving behind a career in advertisement. The new aromas, flavours, pairings and ingredients guided him through the studies of production and led him to launch his own brand Cervejaria Avós. Junior also has a podcast, he participates in beer festivals and travels around the world making artisanal beers collectively.
