San Servolo Brewery
Back in 2013, brothers Grbac from Istria, open their brewery, and put on market a craft beer label – San Servolo. An unfiltered beer that continues to ferment in the bottle, San Servolo became a national sensation in no time, and there's nowadays hardly a single self-respecting stylish bar that doesn't have it on the shelves. Apart from the brewery, as part of the San Servolo Resort is a luxurious four-star boutique hotel and a beer spa resort, settled within the hilly countryside near the town of Buje in western Istria.
